6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are handled in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
Our standard UK delivery structure is:

Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
Delays may occur because of carrier disruptions, weather, public holidays, unusually high order volumes or other events outside our reasonable control.

7. Returns and Refunds
Maison Avelon offers eligible customers a 30-day return period from delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return and Refund Policy.
This commercial return policy is in addition to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
UK distance-selling customers generally have statutory cancellation rights for qualifying online purchases.
Nothing in these Terms restricts consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Exchanges
Eligible products may be exchanged for another size or colour, subject to availability.
You must contact our customer service team before returning an item for exchange.
If a requested replacement is unavailable, you may be asked to return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
9. Order Changes and Cancellations
You may request an order change or cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order.

The contract for the products purchased from Maison Avelon is between the customer and Maison Avelon.
